i work in sales pero stupid upsells, the old lady and the old man told me not to read and offer them anything more i told them its only special offers in case they would like to hear about and in case they might to add it to thier order and if not just say "NO" but then again that "5star selling Quality" me and my friends at work are like on going recorded that wont stop becasue we are olbigated to read it all to them… well theres a li-way. if they say the word "CANCEL" poof skip upsells but people there when ur talking to them they dont know how to say that believe me THEY DONT they would just say "you know lets just forget it"

or "cant you understand what said?" or "arent you stupid enough to understand that i dont want anymore?!" well to the worst the others would say bad words to u… the SCs and the quality gave examples but then again comparing before and now are two different stories and giving examples are easy but when your on that exact real situation its a different story also.

yes the goal is pro-conversion but if ur talking to and 70 and above people and hard of hearing do u think they would have any patience in hearing what ur going to say and they would repeatly say it to u…. I ONLY WANT WHAT I ORDERED and then no ones on the other line… they just hung up.

now sorry for my conversion is going down. and sorry kasi nahihirapan akong makipagplastican sa mga ewan kong tao. well sabi nga nila no two person are the same…. may nakausap kang mabait then afterwards the next call is a bummer. what more do u expect its not all fair coz if all is fair would hear any complain. true isnt it?

other people who dosent work in a call center, akala nila madali lang ang trabaho namin. but in fact its not a sad truth, the truth is ITS HARD being up all night long, talking to people na ayaw makipagusap sa mga taong di nila ka-uri, its not easy to seat on the chair that we sit in. literally!!! but what the heck, if u needed the job and the money why not stay and be with sickness that are uniquely for call center people… and look on the bright side, you still find Good friends there. which can make you stay there.

yehey!!!! thank God Im back on a normal sked and now with a better time…. its evening shift regular 8hrs a day and 5 working days and 2 days off and ang time… 8pm to 5am….

it started May 1 regular shift and May 28 8pm to 5am na. oh divah!!!!
