this yr. many things had happend

of course and dyan padin ang ups and downs…  and funny to think i lasted na two years working on this same company… when the thing is im very eager to resign from the start of this yr.

and many people went back to my life.

im still happy that everyone that i know, my friends and loveones and my family are in good health and ok.

i just wish that this coming new yr would be better than this yr.

i would love to meet more people and have many friends and still have food health for everyone i know.

hay… another yr will pass and il be 24… (isip bata padin)

well, many things happend this past yr.

mya pagpatak ng 12midnight un, 24 na ako.

well it will maybe the same as before for my bday. staying at home un lang.. i dont usually go out like to go other places like the mall or watch a movie. im just thankful that im still alive and that all of my friends and loveones are o.k thats the best gift that i always have every yr.

last yr medyo sad ang bday ko… i wont go to details pero ung mga close sa akin alam un. but still super thankful padin ako sa nsa Itaas kasi kumpleto kami ng family ko at kahit papaano nalalagpasan namin un mga problema at gaya ng sabi ko lahat ng mga malalapit sa akin ay parating na sa mabuting kalagayan.

dati when my lola is still alive all those years my wish is that we could have a reunion na kumpleto kami mula sa family nila Tita Linda hangang sa tatay ko… (kumpleto with the pinsans and all…) pero ngayon if that ever happens wala na si lola at tito nestor ko. pero madami ang nadagdag… mga isang katutak na cute at makukulit na mga pamangkin… ) hope that day comes. gusto ko lang sila makita kumpleto. masaya na ako dun para sa isang bday wish na matagal ko nang hinihiling.

last yr din a friend told me na iwas daw ako sa babati kasi nagv-vl ako before ng bday ko at thankfully ung mismo bday ko for the past 2yrs sa cvg eh tapat day off ko…. hehehe indi ako umiiwas sa mga bati… ng happy bday.. di talaga ako sanay.. kasi bday ko parang the usuall and regular day lang… wierd kung wierd.

wow just logged in the phone…. calls agad??!!! pero after awhile paisa-isa nlang…

hehehe its the first day of our sunrise shift VGH agad… bawas ang sahod pero ligtas sa mga F9 calls,,, (the bad calls that pulls our cenversion down)

almost everyone went home… lahat kami sa team… ng VGH

yehey!!!! for two months il be a normal person!

well kinda semi-normal?! well starting nov2 to december of this yr my shift will be from 12nn to 9pm…. well thank GOd il get to be home for Christmas and NEw Year…. (last yr im at work for the new yr… kaka iyak)

some will be on the regular shift (lucky if they will have an off days exact on the christmas and new yr eve.) and some will be swing (6am to 3pm and 8am to 5pm) (mas lalo na sila ang normal pipol) hehehe

honestly im very excited to have this sked coz ive been in the night shift for almost a year and 10 months…. (hey wait, two yrs na ako in this company….WOW!!!) imagine naka tagal ako… heheheh  another challenge for next yr… kung maka 3yrs ako dun minsan kasi nakaka praning sila kausap, imagine… ask them a question answerable by yes or no some would answer "uhuh" then verify them if its a YES they will tell u "uhuh" and again ask them if its a NO the answer "uhuh" WAIT WHICH ONE!!!!

ang liit ng mundo. it was our lunch break my office mates wanted to go to 7 11 to buy ice cream.. as we went down to the exit i saw a familiar face, i know this girl…. then… "kilala kita?" to my surprise im right, she karina… karen for short

shes a frend of mine from elementary… grabe the last time i saw her was think 2003 pa pero thank GOD and im happy to see her… it brings back the memories nung elementary kami… sana magmit tyo uli para magkakuwentuhan…

its really nice to see u again karen… hope to see u soon

before matapos ang taon… mag post tyo ng mga masasabing mga events sa buhay natin sa loob ng taong ito… 2006  probably sa last 2 wiks ng taon..

well the normal me every night if theres a shift is that ul see me answering phone calls… well every phonecall is different from the other…

imagine, i had answered a call last time and the person im talking to again asked for my name, so i said my name is cristina… then he said… "did u know that my ex-wife’s name is also cristina?" (what?) well of course i dont know what to react… then also 1 time, when i asked the caller for the e-mail address for her application… when she gave the e-mail  add its similar to a cartoon character… then she stop… (Oh my God, she might be mad…. ) then puff…. to my surprise she laughed…. hehehe 

there are also times u also learn from some of them… like the old lady i have spoken to, because on the product she called for il be asking some questions about diabetes… because usually if ur diabetic ul take blood samples from ur finger tips… she told me shes having trouble because she works as a encoder so for a time she wasnt able to go to work coz of her diabetes… then she made me think… what if i was in her place.. its really hard especially thats her work…

thn also way back last year a caller asked where i am… then of course il giv our given script for that but they insist ok "im originally located at Manila Phils…" then he was soooo amazed bacuase of the technology of offshore call centers… then he asked what time is it? then i answered… "ah … sir… its 2am in the morning here at manila…" then more amazed that he said ur awake 2am in the morning? hehehe well just to say its all in a days work… or maybe i mean ol in a evenings work…. hehehe

no person are the same on every call….

sorry for the late update…

since august, we have been distributed to three diffrent teams… now im with team thunderbolt… were 7 from carlsbad. so we meet new friends… buti nalang kasi akala ko mahirapan ako makapagkaibigan sa kanila… di pala kalog din pala ang mga new team mates namin… ung iba nasa team grand canyon… andun sila heide, ice, reynan and of course the ever magandang "diyosa" hehehe si tina…. and on the third team is team alcatraz they on the swing shift so its from 5am to 2pm (i think…) andun naman sila ate vi, tine, diane, dad and chris… nakakamis lang ung carlsbad team lalo na pagnagbibiruan kami…. pero ika nga… life goes on… accept changes coz once u accept changes only from then on… ul learn and be able to thank new things…
